At the beginning of the year the pottery hosted a visit from Dan Doherty Chef Director of the Duck and Waffle.
Looking through all the shapes,discussing ideas and finishes, Dan went away with a box full of samples, while we engaged on other glaze finish ideas based on Dan’s comments. The resultant outcome was the development of a new subtle reactive glaze called Sea Spray. the glaze finish was further enhanced with a natural clay edge of the ware.
