The factory have been flat out making thousands of the new Nandos Fino Platter which was part of a new menu launched by Nandos in May of this year. The platter which is shown here being made by Paul is the showstopper of their new menu. It is a dish for two people with a whole flame-grilled spatchcock PERi-PERi chicken served with side dishes – take a look at Nandos website to see the mouth-watering dish.
