Surrey Ceramics are happy to supply tableware to the new opening of the Villa Mamas restaurant in Chelsea by Bahraini owner and chef Roaya Saleh. This is her first venture into the UK after opening a number of successful restaurants back in Bahrain. Roaya’s passion is to bring the authentic tastes and menu of Bahraini food to the UK that has led to her restaurants been so popular in her home country, where she is well known across the middle east.
Working with both the distributor and designer, a visit to the pottery was arranged where a selection of items were chosen and taken away to evaluate the presentation and offer.
