It’s great when you can work together on a collaboration of ideas – none more so than when your client has a good knowledge and understanding of ceramics and the methods and processes of making and firing.
This was the case recently when catering distributors Jacksons brought along their client from Thai Square to look at crockery for the new menu being launched in Putney. It was a real pleasure to meet Goo the executive group chef and talk “pottery” as well as menu presentation.
After going through the selection process and developing a few new shapes for Goo and two new glazes -the next few weeks we finalized the shapes and arranged samples.
