Bringing unique and bespoke tableware solutions to your customers

We offer a unique service to the catering and hospitality industry. With a ‘pick and mix’ offering in place that allows you to combine any of our 200 products with more than 30 glazes, you can offer your customers the ability to create something completely bespoke. Or, create your own tableware range and offer it to your customers as an off the shelf solution. Either way, we can work with you to offer your customers exactly what they need, and what they didn’t realise they could have!

Building long-lasting relationships are important to us, and we know they are for you too. We’ve worked with many of our distributors for years by giving them the confidence that we can deliver exactly what we promise to. We know they also need to have confidence in our products, as well as our service, that’s why we use the best materials to ensure our products are durable and up to the job. Our distributor offer

We know how important it is for our distributors to work with a supplier they can trust to deliver. We understand what they need and have developed an offering that caters to this. Below outlines just some of the things we offer.

Off the shelf or made to order

Whether you’re looking to offer your customers off the shelf solutions or pass our bespoke service onto them, we can work with you to achieve it. We offer you the choice of creating your own range of tableware in pre-boxed pack sizes or, using our no minimum order, pick and mix service, you can give your clients the opportunity to create something unique for their establishment.

Your customers are your customers

We know it can take years to build relationships with your customers. That’s why we’d never work with your customers directly. Once we supply a customer through a distributor, we’ll only ever work with that distributor to supply that customer again.

Product training

We know in order to sell our products, you need as much information as possible. We can offer you full training on our products, including how they are made and where our materials come from. You can even visit our site to see first hand how our products are produced, as well as visiting our onsite showroom. Why not even bring your customer with you?

Bespoke solutions

As well as a range of more than 200  product shapes, we can also work with you and your customer to create something completely bespoke*. We’ve already worked with the likes of Sushi Samba and Wagamama to produce custom-made tableware, from simple to theatrical. We also offer product branding using a range of techniques. That means if there’s a product shape your customer likes, we can also offer it with their logo**.

Samples

We know that your customers will want to get a feel for the product before they place an order. That’s why we provide our distributors with a range of samples that can be used in your showrooms or on the road.

Quality, durable products

You need to be able to rely on your suppliers to deliver products that are of good quality. We source the best materials from around the UK and manufacture our crockery in such a way to ensure it is durable.
